This company is ran by one guy, who is a real hard worker. I am suprised to see him do his best at working on his own to help residents of san antonio save money. He did my drywall and tile and concrete driveway all in great price, if you want quality for cheap, its not possible. Why would anyone write a review bad on someone without a name and number. He did an excelent job for me. more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! 8/23/2014

I hired Extreme Remodeling (Mr. Reynaldo Lira/Owner)to pour 12 yards of concrete for a 4 inch thick backyard patio, sidewalks and a 10X10 dog kennel. On the 6th of August 2014, Extreme Remodeling (Mr. Reynaldo Lira/Owner) only completed one small section of sidewalk and instructed two cement trucks (6 yards each) to empty all of the concrete that was loaded in the trucks into my back yard and was not able to smooth out the concrete before it all became hard due to the fact he only brought 1 worker with him (a carpenter with no concrete experience). He also did not use any rebar or base road mix on approximately three fifths of the foundation that he was hired to pour. I asked him on the morning of the 6th of August if he was going to be able to finish the job on schedule and I informed him that he was running out of time and asked him if he wanted to cancel the two cement truck orders which he replied no and stated that he had plenty of time and that he called the cement trucks to schedule them to come out later at 3:30pm instead of 2:30 pm that afternoon. I also had ask Mr. Lira to pour the concrete in the morning earlier in the week before it got to hot in the evening which he replied that it would be fine because he adds 30 gallons of water to the concrete mix to make sure it stays wet. I had already paid Mr. Lira $2100.00 up front when he asked me to advance him another $400.00 that morning so he could pay four workers to help him pour the concrete later that afternoon. Mr. Lira now keeps making excuses why he cannot come out and demo/remove the concrete that now needs to be excavated. As a result I'm out $2500.00 and still have to find someone else to come in and demolish and remove approximately 8-9 yards of harden concrete. Mr. Lira claims that he reported it to his insurance company but has yet to provide me with a point of contact that I can call to verify that to be the case. He currently is not returning any of my calls. more
