Hotel of Hell 10/1/2006

Reservations were made 3 weeks in advace, then confirmation called 4 days in advance to confirm 2 beds in room, on arrival we were charged extra to correct their mistake. Sinks were plugged, air conditioning worked part time, no maid service, garbage in hallways, mold in shower stall, human hair stuck to shower wall. Towel rack hanging from wall, sink missing parts to open drain. No staff in evening, wake up call not possible. Left 1 day early due to business, hotel does NOT give refunds. PROS: Roof didn't leak CONS: see above more

nice hotel 7/26/2005

This was a very accommodating hotel we stayed in on a visit to georgia on vacation. We were their at a slow time and the hotel staff gave us the bigger rooms for the lower price as their were a number of relatives also staying here. The rooms were a great size for 4 people and also included small kitchens. more
