I did a free rate quote online with this service a week before my scheduled trip to Los Angeles. I got a great price quote for two passengers to be picked up at LAX curbside at 11am, to be taken to our hotel in Pasadena, CA. I spoke with the representative on the phone and got a confirmation for round trip service and I pre paid with my credit card. After arriving at LAX, my plane was a little early so I waited until the other passenger's plane arrived on time. While waiting, I began getting random phone calls on my cell phone from a local LA number but they kept hanging up. I called the number back and it was the driver for Exquisite checking on my arrival status. I informed him that I was waiting on my luggage but the other passenger would not arrive for about another 30 min. I arrived early at 0935am, my friend arrives at 1030am, still on schedule with my 1100am pick up request, I reminded him. After we both had our luggage and waited at curbside, I called the driver back at 1055am to let him know we were ready. The driver answered and told me to call Exquisite's Dispatch Office because he had to leave. I called Exquisite and was placed on hold for a while and then was informed that since my flight arrived early, the dispatcher sent a driver early for my pickup but because the driver was waiting so long, he had to leave for another call. I reminded them that I had a scheduled pick up time for 1100am and it was exactly 1100am as we spoke. Exquisite apologized and said that another driver would be coming to pick up up in 10-15 min. and would be calling my cell phone shortly. At 1140am, I had not received any phone call from another driver, so I called Exquisite again and got another excuse of why there were no drivers available, so I told her that I would get a taxi and I would need my money to be credited back to my credit card due to THEIR inability to provide service. I also requested that my return trip to LAX in 3 days be cancelled as well. My money did get refunded back to my card. As I was on my way back to LAX I got a voicemail message from a driver with Exquisite stating that he would be about an hour late for my pick up due to traffic conditions. I didn't bother returning their call. I would not recommend this service for anyone who has a schedule to maintain. I would not recommend this service to any of my family or friends. Horrible experience with the drivers but the female representative at Exquisite was pleasant and apologetic.
