These reviews are quite dated. The proof of the pudding is what the service is like once you have had the products over time as I have. The refills for the water filter and air filter consistently come to me later than they should. The water filter I bought for my shower has reached its peak which is five years. Let's also mention that the finance rates are usurious 25%! When I spoke to the company in Feb 2013, I was promised a new water filter for the shower at half price which they never sent, nor did they send me the salt packages to regenerated my old filter. I was told I could just use salt water to avoid having to buy the salt packages.When I did this the filter clogged, backed up and sprayed all over my bathroom. It took me hours to clean up. My husbands skin is badly broken out as a result of not having the shower water filtered. Customer service calls get turfed 2-3x before landing with a young woman who has the guts to take the calls who is in billing. When Customer service finally called back, Rose was rude and condescending. She went the route of blaming me for not remembering all the instructions in the packaging and warranty instructions from 5 years ago. When I asked her if she remembered everything she read 5 years ago her reply was"" books"". When I asked her if she remembered all the instructions and warranty information she read, she went on to tell me how she knows when her dryer is not working that means blah blah blah. The salt packages finally went out 3/27/2013. If I can find a water filter for my shower I will buy it to avoid dealing with this company again!
