Pee trap replacement 12/29/2017

Anthony came out after another gentleman came out to do the job. Anthony took the time to insure it was done right. He didn't want to leave until he was sure all the work was done correctly with no leaks. Anthony is very helpful, polite and thorough. If I ever have any other work that needs done I will call Express and ask for Anthony. more

Great Professional Service! 9/24/2017

Corey did a very professional job in pumping out our septic tank. He called ahead letting us know of his arrival time, which was within the time frame quoted by the office. When he arrived he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He got right to work, was helpful in explaining the process and, gave helpful tips in preventive maintenance. Price was fair and will use agin in the future. more

Septic Tank Service 9/8/2017

Corey was great, I had issues with the location of the tank. He located it and rescheduled to give me time to dig it out. Other issues came up but the Express Plumbing personnel all worked with me to take care of my needs. I would not have a problem recommending this company to anyone. more

Corey was great to work with, there was a couple difficulties with the job that i had called him on and he didn't waiver he just kept a positive attitude and we got through what needed done. I will be using this company because of Corey time and time again. more

On time and task 8/16/2017

Trevor was my technician. He was polite and efficient. I was pleased that he left everything just the way he found it. He had to dig to find my septic tank. When he left, my yard looked just as he'd found it. Which was way different than in between time. He explained what he was doing to me, and kept me informed and as involved as I wished to be. I would definitely use Express Septic Pumping again, and hope that I get Travis. more

Great service 8/9/2017

Trevor was doing a job at the neighbors house. We inquired how much the service would cost and if he could fit us in today? He was very polite and thorough letting us know who to call to get a work order. He walked us through the process,allowing our grandchildren to ask numerous questions,all in stride. Would recommend Trevor for a professional job well done at a reasonable price. more

Septic Service 8/7/2017

Called Express Septic Pumping for the first service on the septic tank at our home. They got us on the service schedule the same day we called. Corey called about 30 mins ahead of his expected arrival time to confirm he was on his way. Conducted himself and completed the service in a professional manner. Would recommend Corey and Express Septic Pumping for any of your septic needs. We'll be calling them again when we need service again. more

My experience with this company was amazing from the moment I called. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and understanding. When she heard my predicament she got me right on the schedule. Corey, my technician, called before coming and was right on time. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. He was quick to get the job done and willing to answer questions!
