Expert Nails is definitely one of the nicest nail joints in the Chino/Chino Hills area. The place is immaculately clean, smells good (not like acetone!), and they have have dozens of spa pedicure chairs and nail tech work stations. They also do a great job on waxing. They don't seem to be crowded yet, but this may change, since they're in a great location (in the Chino Spectrum Marketplace) and do good work for a reasonable price. It isn't the cheapest nail place around - $15 for a fill - but it is nicer than most salons for the same price (and much nicer and cleaner than the ones where you can get a $10 fill!).
