Best

Best service ever. Kindest staff. ERs get busy...so sometimes wait is long, but they check in with you frequently. The rooms are comfortable. Staff is wonderful.

Worst

hospital is very good but accounting department ruins it for everyone that works there, would not use again.

Do NOT go here! 4/17/2018

My husband was in the ER yesterday for what was pneumonia. He had been sick for five days with coughing and getting worse every day. We took him to Immediate Care because our clinic could not fit him in (that is a whole other story). So the Immediate Clinic could not take a chest x-ray, so he sent my husband to the ER. The ER doc only asked questions about his heart, which is not what he was there for. When I got there, I was dismissed and ignored. The doctor had stated that he heard something in my husband's right lower lobe and took a chest x-ray. The chest x-ray came back totally inconclusive. They saw changes, but didn't know what they were. My husband was having trouble exchanging air and had O2 sats of 94 (they should be 98+ normally). We had explained to the doctor how he had been taking an albuterol inhaler, cough syrup, etc., but he just ignored it. He barely even touched my husband. The doctor stated that it could be several things, but then ruled them all out. He decided to test for Whooping cough, although he said it was unlikely. He then said he was sending my husband home with a cough suppressant called benzonate and that was it. No antibiotics, no nothing. This is the worst I have ever been treated and I had to get my husband to another primary care doctor after the ER, so that he could get treated. That doctor actually acted like a doctor and did a full clinical exam and went off that instead of a inconclusive x-ray. Do not go to this ER. more

Massively inflated bills, mediocre service, was given no diagnosis! 6/21/2017

Went there on family's urging due to an arrhythmia I had never experienced before, after a wait longer than I spent in the actual room, less than an hour taking some standard tests that cost about $600 total when I look them up, they sent me home with no diagnosis given to me, and later a total bill of more than $5,000 dollars! When asked why it is so expensive, the answer is "the doctor said it was a serious problem", and "Kirkland is expensive". Yet no diagnosis or condition was found, only standard tests performed: xray, blood test, EKG. Looking around to other reviews online, they seem to have a pattern of over charging and especially so everyone who walks in with an arrhythmia, seemingly because it involves the heart they charge the highest billing codes possible, even when it is not complicated. Now I can't challenge the bill unless I want to pay the costs of it having to go to court and wrecking my credit for this inflated bill. I would advise never going here if you can in any way avoid it, I would hate to see a bill for something they actually treat! more
