As a fourth generation Floridian, and lifelong South Florida resident, fishing is my passion. My earliest memories of fishing date back to when I was just five years old, fishing South Florida waters with my dad and grandfather. By age 12, my first boat allowed me to fish between Naples and Marco Island every chance I got. When I was 15, my grandfather introduced me to the Everglades National Park where I became infatuated with its striking scenery and vast abundance of wildlife. It became my goal to learn every square inch of it. 30 years later, I am still learning!
I really enjoy being a guide and meeting all of the different people from around the world. I take great enjoyment teaching people who have never fished and teaching them how to catch fish and of course showing them the unique Ecosystem of the Florida Everglades. I have fished with seasoned tournament anglers, as well as families who have never fished before. I especially enjoy helping children catch fish. There is nothing like seeing the face of a child catching a fish for the first time. It reminds me of the first time I taught my two daughters how to catch fish. It's a memory that you and your child/children will never forget!. When you book a charter with Everglades Fishing Adventures, your trip includes the following:
