I went to Eva's Boutique today to shop with my mother for a Mother of the Bride dress for my wedding. The owner Eva and the woman in the boutique were two of the most rudest people I have ever met. They were not very professional nor did they have any customer service skills (I would not since I have worked in the retail business for 7 years). Their dresses in stock were also some of the most ugliest dresses that I have seen for Mother of the Bride dresses. After spening about a half hour in the shop I was absolutely disguisted with the way they talked, treated their cusotmers, and how they were not very helpful or honest when it came to helping my mother find a dress. I then told my mother in front of the owners that if I were her I would go arcoss the street to Spy Baby Bridal ( where I purchased my wedding dress) and see Marie to purchase a Jovani dress over there.
Cons: rude, unprofessional, no customer service skills, some of the most ugliest dresses I have seen in my life
