I get facials every month, and since I have moved to los angeles, I have been trying to find a facialist for 2 years, my pursuit is over! The place is quaint: no steam rooms or robes. If you like to lounge out for a day, this isn't the place. The decor is original and pretty, and at 85$ for a facial, I never expected to get such an amazing facial! Bridgette gave me an amazing facial: No sales pressure, deep extractions (not too painful considering- but she isn't a lightweight), and the part that stuck out was her massage- deep, fluid pressue, and I looked like I had a facelift after. It felt amazing, and she went on to do my feet. On top of this, she very informed without making me feel bad for my skincare sins. If you get facials for the atmosphere of a spa and want to rest for a couple hours, this is not your place. If you want a very results-oriented pampering service but only have an hour, you will love this place. Bridgette says all the facialists and massages are "the best", but she would be the one I would go to. I WILL BE BACK! When in LA pamper yourself!! This place offer amazing facials. The staff operates on a level of its own, offering the best facial I have ever had. The decor and ambiance is truly a treat in the hustle and bustle of West Hollywood. You would expect to find such serenity only at far off spas and resorts (NAPA, AZ ETC) but to have in the city is truly find. The attractive Madam that performed my facials was truly an artist, her care and attention to detail really highlights her passion. Hey everyone, I have had facials, massages, and the full day spa treatment all over the world. I work as an event/convention planner for a huge investment company that sends me all over the world to try the best amenities every city has to offer. After seeing this spot on E!, I always make it a point to investigate their recommendations. They were right on!!! I haven't had pampering like that since I was a baby. Steven and Gabriella are very sweet, engaging and friendly. I booked a deep tissue massage for myself and my boyfriend the day before and was able to get in exactly when it was convenient for us. We both had very good massages from very skilled therapists. We both felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend the spa. We plan to return soon for other services. Thank you Steven! OH MY GOD!!! Where do I begin? First of all free, easy, parking in the back of the spa. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the sweetest smile from Steven one of the owners of Euphoria along with his wife Gabriella. The smell of yummy candles wafting through the air along with the sound of the fountain instantly relaxed me. Steven then immediately poured me some water and offered me the treats of the day displayed at the front counter which were a mix of fresh fruits and delicious chocolate muffins. Right on time Sara who would be doing my facial and my waxing also lovingly greeted me. Then forget about it. Hands down the best facial I have ever had!! Not only was she gentle and thorough but explained everything she was doing along the way. I love their botanical line of Euphoria products they use and am now a faithful customer. I am noticing dramatic results in my skin. I highly recommend the Red Carpet Rejuvenation facial. My skin is so soft!! I've since been back for the express facial which was equally as fabulous. I am so grateful to have found a place to get regular facials because I enjoy it so much. I had stopped going for a long time because it seemed my skin would get worse instead of better. On to my awesome massage with Shannon who need I say again was so sweet. She has such a gentle nature and was so present. I really like the way she communicated and wanted to make sure the pressure was just right for me. I had the most incredible conversations with everyone at Euphoria. They are truly amazing people!! If you are looking for a spa with incredible service on every level and a loving honest staff who love what they do and do what they love then you need look no further!! After reading their reviews, I could not believe my eyes!!! Their website blew me away. I had to make an appointment to see for myself. All I can say is W ...O... W !!! Heaven .... I was in Heaven!!!! I had an awesome massage and then an outstanding microdermabrasion facial. I will never go anywhere else!!! I decided to try euphoria face and body after reading multiple good reviews and seeing the great deal they offer if you buy a package of 6 facials (basically 6 for the price of 5). Everyone was extremely friendly. Right when I walked in they welcomed me by name! I had never even been there before. Then the facial was fabulous. They don't have certain amenities that larger spas have, but I'd rather have a great facial for a good price than pay for amenities I'd get little use out of. After my treatment I was so surprised to receive a thank you note as well. It was such a nice personal touch. I definitely recommend it. more

It is an amazing place on Earth and you understand it from the moment you open the door to Euphoria. The best costumer service!. I go there for facials and waxing and I've tried them all: Gabriella, Lucy and brilliant Sara. Each one of them is so nique in there own way! Sometimes it is hard for me to make an appointment in advance and I am so happy that I can come to whoever is available at that moment. Best product !!! Thank you to all of you. Let me start by saying my experience at Euphoria was so amazing! I had never gotten a facial before and checked out many spas beforehand, for the price and quality I got way more than my monies worth. Ive never had a facial before ever, and after getting a facial with Sara it was almost like I had new skin. I went to the bathroom to see for myself and it looked like I had on make up my complexion was so clear. I also never ever let anyone do my eyebrows as a male because I dont want them too thin or too plucked, Sara did a phenominal job cleaning them up and still leaving them looking masculine. She really took her time to make sure I was getting the best service. I also had a massage and let me tell you..........afterwards I felt like I was walking on cotton. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I honestly felt like an A list celebrity. I dont think Ive ever had a greater level of customer service. I would recommend this Spa to anyone looking for a nice getaway where you will be treated like a Star for the day. I am still in awe that my face looks so clean and my skin is so tight from the facial. I will definitely be a regular there at Euphoria.............. I came up to Beverly Hills for a Bachlorette weekend and we came to Euphoria for massages. The whole staff totally catered to us. Steven was awesome. On short notice he was able to book all 5 of us girls for massages. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and ready to please. Speaking for myself it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I know that the other girls loved them as well.The bride-to-be was so happy that we came to Euphoria. OMG! I was in heaven today, what a wonderful experience! I had a bikini wax and a facial with Megan and a hot stone therapy massage with Shannon (who is absolutely GREAT!). Ladies, I did my extensive research on finding the right spa and this was it. The moment I walked in, I was being pampered. Let me start off with the bikini wax-I was actually laying there RELAXING while getting WAXED! Have you ever heard of such? This was followed by a facial-they use their own products which are fabulous. I have sensitive skin so i was a little nervous...for nothing! My skin looks and feels amazing! The massage was the best I ever had! When you're looking for deep tissue, that is what you get. i had so many knots in my back and wonderful Shannon got all of them out! From the moment I walked in I knew this was it. Euphoria is hands down the best spa in LA for the price. The atmosphere is warm and the service is second to none. I have had many facials at various saloons/spa's throughout LA and nothing compares. Also, their products are absolutely amazing and very reasonably priced. I recently treated myself to a deep tissue massage and facial at Euphoria. Gabrielle and Steve are fantastic host and hostess. Steve booked my appointment and fit me in on a Sunday afternoon with little notice and Gabriella gave me my first facial and was a combination of calming and soothing as well as informative - telling me about each step as she went along. Even though we talked throughout I still felt relaxed - soft music and lighting certainly helped! I also had a great deep tissue massage, although I cannot remember my masseuse's name. She was also great and really got those knots out of my shoulders. The spa is small, inviting, and never did I feel like I was right on busy Santa Monica Blvd. They did a nice job of making you feel whisked away. I would definitely go back and recommend this spa to anyone. Pros: ambience, skill, no hard sell Cons: nothing that I can think of! more

I was SHOCKED when I went to Euphoria Face and Body last night for a brazilian wax. First of all, I do not get touch ups regularly - I usually put off getting my brazilian wax until it is absolutely necessary- and because I dread the pain and discomfort associated with waxing. I decided to try Euphoria because it is close to home and my regular waxing girl was not available. I knew this would be a great experience within 2 minutes of walking in because the customer service was out of this world. Next, I was invited into an immaculate, spacious treatment room with candles lit everywhere and was made to feel completely comfortable by the esthetician. I was floored by her waxing technique- I could have fallen asleep in there - SHE WAS SO GENTLE! Not only was this the most thorough waxing job I have ever experienced, it was almost PAIN FREE!!! I will never go anywhere else!!! Make sure you check out Euphoria Face and Body and ask for Sara West. Pros: BEST BRAZILIAN WAX IN THE WORLD!!!! more

Euphoria is a breath of fresh air, the kindest people in a warm relaxing atmosphere. Sara West gives the best facials and if seen on a regular basis can make your skin look amazing. Before going to Sara I wouldn?t have been caught dead without makeup on. Now I hardly wear makeup and get more compliments then ever before. You get a lot for your money at Euphoria as well. They have the best treatments and machines in a spa environment for a fraction of the cost. The treatment rooms are spacious and comfortable with beds that adjust to your every curve. Euphoria offers wonderful skincare products as well but they don?t push them unless asked. They have great hours for the working individual. At other spas I would only be able to go on Saturdays due to my working schedule. At Euphoria I can book an appointment in the evening, which is great. Euphoria is worth a try, you wont be disappointed. Pros: Service, Price, and Spa Water! Cons: Scheduling Confusion but was very apologetic. more

I can't say enough about Euphoria Spa. From the moment you walk in, you feel your life stress melt away. The staff are warm and welcoming -- like you've been friends for years! They have a beautiful Indian bath tub from circa 1600 in the lounge that is used as a display. You can sense that owners have taken great care in creating this garden of relaxation. Sara has an unbelievably gentle touch and a knack for making you feel at ease. Make sure you sign up with their Spa club card and try their product line. Also, parking can be tough in that area of Santa Monica, but Euphoria does have parking in the lot behind the cleaners (next door). more

I hesitate to say that b/c I fear I won't be able to get a future appointment, but this place is wonderful! I have been looking for a great facial in LA for ages, and trying out a new place every few months...but nothing has been extraordinary yet. When a friend gave me a gift certificate to Euphoria, I had no idea what to expect...but from the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different than the rest. These people have some of the best customer service skills I've seen anywhere. They were so pleasant and lovely from the moment I walked in, and then of course, the actual facial was AMAZING. I could not believe how soft and glowing my skin was immediately after the treatment. I will definitely be going back. A great experience on all levels. I never used to be a facial person . . . . until I got my first facial from Gabriella. The whole experience was relaxing and my skin looked and feeled amazing afterwards. I now go back regularly and am always extremely satisfied with my facial and the whole Euphoria experience. And the massages are amazing, too. Give Euphoria a try if you haven't already. They treat you like you are on your way to a retreat that you will not forget, speaking of retreat - there product retreat for the feet is amazing.
