Rip Off 11/26/2008

When you move out be prepared for charges to fix things that you said were wrong with your unit when you filled out your move in inspection report. This place will try to rip you off. Stay away! more

Not too hot 1/18/2006

In general, anything in santa clara is so far from everything. Having said that, the property itself is nice and well taken care of. If you follow the rules & have a family, this is probably a good place for you. I'm unhappy because I have a dog, and they charge you an arm and a leg for it. There is a 20 or 25 pound weight limit, which really sucks! So, if you love dogs and it's not a tiny one, don't even consider coming here! more
