I enjoyed the Essentials Spa it had a very warm and friendly atmosphere. If i am in the area again i would love to have another massage and spa treatment at Essentials.

My massage was great, I was running a little late and was relieved the desk and therapist were understanding, then I was just blown away with how great the massage was, I like deep work done, and haven't ever had so many knots taken out, especially without much pain at all! I left so rejuvenated, I can't wait to deserve another one! more

Scalp Massage where have you been all my life?! 6/26/2011

I added the scalp & oil massage to my Swedish massage yesterday. Why hadn't I done this before?! It was absolutely amazing!! And Sara was perfect. I will definitely request her for any future massages!! Thank you for a very relaxing day. more

My first visit 6/26/2011

My name is Stephanie Simpson, I received a relaxing massage yesterday (Saturday, June 25 at 2pm) ... MassAge was satisfactory ... I happened to leave a razor, hair tie and a pair of victoria secret underwear in my robe pocket after my shower. I realized yesterday evening I forgot them And cAlled first thing this morning. I received no call back so I stopped by around 2p to be informed that your ladies threw my stuff away! I am shocked thatbyou would throw someones belongings less than 24hrs! That is ridiculous! I'll be sure to not return to your spa. I'm very disappointed that you would toss my stuff as if it were trash! more

Nail tech was terrific but Spa seems to be deteriorating: not as clan, fewer snacks, beverages, water fountain is broken, outdated magazines, etc. Not as classy as it used to be. * employees walked out this week... more

SHANTEL is such an excellent haircutter. I would follow her to the ends of the earth for a haircut.I have very fine hair and it isn't easy to find someone who can cut it. more

Much needed relaxing massage 6/15/2011

I had a wonderful massage this morning. As a stay at home mother, the best way I can relax and unwind after taking care of babies and toddlers all day long is a moment at Essentials. My lower back and shoulders have been hurting from carrying my baby on my hip too much and Lyndsey did a great job massaging the pain away :) Thank you! I will be back!!! more

On my recent visit to Essential Spa I was given an excellent facial from Marsha. I was a little under the weather, and she was very understanding. The staff that greeted me was informative and friendly. I hope to be back soon. more

Feedback on facility 6/9/2011

I must note that my massage was excellent! I have not been to the Melbourne location in a long time and was kind of taken back by how it seems to have gone down a bit. For instance, no hook on the back of the handicap bathroom stall door. Dirty floors in the bathroom, trash on the floor and TP was almost out. I realize most of this is minor and could have been a timing issue. However, it was just an overall feel that the place is not being maintained like the Viera location is. I'm really glad that I use Viera mostly and I'm thankful you're open there. Again- my massage was wonderful! No complaints at all there. more

Great Service!! 6/4/2011

I had a facial with Lilly . I have an apt with her once a month. She is wonderful. Her knowledge of the service she provides makes me feel very comfortable. SHe'a friendly & very welcoming. She makes me feel so good. My massage by Christina was equally wonderful!! Before I left I made my July apt with both girls. The management staff is very lucky to have two suchcaring & thoughtful employeess. They are the reason I come back every month. more
