Took in a comforter to have it dry cleaned, and paid the extra to have it rushed. When I got it home, I discovered that it was completely faded and the red color had run all over. I brought it back in only asking to be refunded for the cleaning, not the comforter. The comforter is five years old, and I would not expect to be refunded for the actual comforter itself. I have had it cleaned before (NOT HERE!!), and have never had a problem. I called several times to check the status, and was told that Brent would be calling. Finally, after one week, I called and stated that I was coming to get it. She said she'd call back-and holy crap they actually did this time! Told me I'd be given a $20 credit, not the refund for destroying my comforter because it was too old. They are obviously smoking something if they think I would bring my business to them!!!!
