I have had Eric's work on a number of electronic devices over the past 10-plus years. I started doing business with them because they still serviced Beta VCR's. I have always had good luck with Eric's and have recommended them to other people. My equipment has been fixed and fixed right the first time, and ready when promised. I have found their charges to be reasonable and fair. The only down side I can think of is the lady who's at the front counter can be cranky, but the technitians are always friendly and helpful.
