Eric Batterton DDS

Dr. Batterton has been my dentist for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. I tend to be a nervous patient, and Dr. Batterton always puts me at ease. His demeanor is very professional...he really listens to what I have to say and I appreciate that he explains things to me thoroughly without talking down to me. Dr. Batterton also really has a way with kids; he has seen my son since he was two and my son actually looks forward to going to the dentist! As an aside, Dr. Batterton is not one of the ""preferred"" dentists on my dental insurance plan, but the office still accepts my insurance and I wind up paying LESS that I have at other local dentists who ARE on my plan. In my experience, his billing procedures and rates are extremely fair. more

All I have to say is make sure you ask your insurance carrier if this dentist is in your approved list. If you ask Betty, their receptionist instead, (like their website tells you to do) she will tell you that they accept all insurance and then you will be left paying for a big bill after the service has already been done when you find out that hs is out of your network. Choose a different dentist who's policy is to be honest the first time. Don't go here! more

The entie staff is super nice. Dr. Batterton is a true professional. He has been my family's dentist for 8 years now. He is really good about explaning any procedures or issues that I have/had going on. I never have experienced very much pain at all as his patient and he's really good about making my appointments anxiety free. My 9 year old son gets excited for his appointments. I was not the same aat his age. Dr. Batterton personally follows up with me after any evasive procedures to see how I am doing. I've seen several dentists thoughout my entire 38 years of life and he is by far my favorite. I hope he remains my, and my families, dentist for many years to come. I would give them 10 stars if I could. more
