Our heating is not working. After waiting for one day, the technician (Scott) came and spent 10 to 15 minutes to find the high temperature switch is bad. He could not find the rig...

Fast service, great bargain! 2/18/2011

I kicked my ac on today to see if it was working before summer comes, to my surprise it didn't come on! I googled air conditioning Raleigh and found Environmental Heating & Air of NC. I called and within 2 hours Ryan pulled up. He was very professional and knew what was wrong in a matter of minutes. He recommended a great preventative maintenance program where I don't have to pay for service calls! I signed up and feel great about what I received. Great service, great prices, worry free about my system! Thanks guys!!! more

Everything I expected and more! 2/17/2011

My husband and I recently purchased a house here in the Cary area and immediately after we moved in the furnace started acting up. Scared because we had just spent so much money on this new house, I called Environmental and talked to their salesman John and he put our worries to rest. He financed us with a great rate and had our old furnace replaced by a team of courteous and knowledgeable technicians in an incredibly timely manner. A++++, thanks guys!! more

i just bought a house and wanted my system checked 2/16/2011

I just bought my house in december and wanted to have my system checked, Environmental Heating & Air, had a package for preventive maintaince. and i found out my system is better then i thought it was, it just needed some tweeking and these guys did just that. great bunch of guys over there keep up the good work. more

Great service and Price! 1/14/2011

In Mid December the heat exchanger on our furnace cracked so we decided to replace our AC condenser also. Environmental had the best pricing of the 4 quotes we received, and the installation crew was attentive to detail and left no mess! more

Outstanding Valuable Service 11/19/2010

Competent, honest servicemen are very difficult to find these days. We called Environmental based on all of the great internet reviews and we are extremely happy we called them. Some HVAC companies won't even say "hello" for under $90, but Ryan and environmental were focused on solving the mystery with our mal-functioning heat pump that hadn't been right since installed in our new home on day one. Over a series of visits they found emergency heat coils never connected, diagnosed blockage in the lines that caused the unit to frost over, and were set to replace the coil today when Ryan uncovered blockage in a switching orfice. Once that was cleaned up, the coil replacement wasn't necessary and the unit performed like never before. What can we say but great service, great diagnosis, and tremendous value. We would gladly recommend Eenvironmental Heating and Air of NC to anyone! more

Courteous, reliable and professional 7/2/2010

Our A/C died on a Thursday evening just one day after some of the hottest days in NC in years. I was afraid that we would not be able to get anyone to help quickly. They are located very close by, so we called them Friday morning and they sent out a rep that afternoon who answered our questions and provided a good explanation of alternatives. Later that afternoon he said they could come by on Monday afternoon and replace the unit. They came out as they said and stayed until they got the A/C unit installed at 10:30 that night. Wednesday they finished the heating unit. We had a minor problem on Thursday, called them back and they were very responsive and helpful. Price was fair and the overall experience was good. more

Amazing!!! 4/1/2010

Amazing service! Ryan from Envrio just made my day. Of course my old a/c just kicked out as its getting hot outside. I got my new unit put in today while I was at work. My house is pristine and the unit is so quiet. Also, I didnt understand the techincal jargon, but Ryan explained to me how its going to save money every month, and I could just tell he knows exactly what hes talking about. I didnt even know the guy (or guys) were here and now my house is comfy again. It should be a great summer! I work in a restaurant, and if these guys were my servers I would give them a huge tip!! Replaced Oil furnace with heat pump 1/29/2010

We have been thinking of replacing our old oil fired furnace for a few years now. I meat Chad, we talked, he answered all my questions, came over and measured the house in order to quote the correct size/capacity. These guys are professionals !!! They took out the old furnace and installed the new system in less than two days. The price was VERY right. I would recommend Environmental Heating and Air to anyone who needs a new system, or just a tune up on their old one. Recommended them to a very good friend of ours to replace her 20 year old heat pump, and they did great, and kept her happy. Thank you guys. (Will call about purchasing a maintenance agreement and extended labor warranty soon. more

No Pressure! Straight facts! Immediate service! 1/28/2010

I had a remarkable experience with Environmental Heating and Air of NC, Inc. It took one call, asking a lot of questions, getting answers in laymans terms. No pressure, arranged for a home visit for an estimate and all of my questions and concerns were answered and resolved. The pricing was gimmick-free, a fair, low price from the start. No games, no need to sharpen pencils. The experience was beyond belief. Chad was one who you felt completely comfortable with and would not sell you more than you actually needed. A phenomenol experience. My first quote for a lesser system was 60% more money! But the follow up customer service was also appreciated and impressive. more

Excellent and quick Service at reasonable prices! 1/26/2010

Service know how with price that was surprisingly inexpensive. My family and I live in Cary right outside Raleigh NC.  We had out 1st floor unit go out (no heat) and feared the worst because it was old. I Called and spoke with Chris and he was very pleasant to talk with. It was professional from that point forward,. One of their service trucks was in front of my home same day. The diagnosis was a broken wire that had been putting stress on a main component. It was inexpensive & fast I was ready to buy a new one.These guys are honest and I will use them again.
