My insurance company used this company to provide me with a rental car while my auto that had been involved in an accident was in the repair shop. They had the rental to me within a couple of hours of the paperwork being turned in by the insurance company. They provided me with a fuel efficient, comfortable car to use while my auto was being repaired. The people I dealt with for the car to be dropped off for me, and picked up when I no longer needed the car were very nice. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with the services of Enterprise. I was very pleased with the way I was treated, and in the future if I need another rental car for any reason-- I will definitely return to Enterprise Rent A Car.
