STAY AWAY!!!!! I rented a car for the day (not overnight) to go to a funeral. I went to the funeral and when I returned I returned the car to the after hours location they told me to take it to. Two other people were with me. Three weeks later an Enterprise employee called and said they found damage on the vehicle and I am responsible because even if I didn't do the damage and it was done by someone else, I dropped it off at my own risk and that's it. The manager in DC -- Sanjeev-- was dismissive and said It doesn't matter who did it. I know for a fact that there was no damage. Two other people were with me when I dropped it off, I drove straight to the funeral and back. Today I received a letter and they said there is a dent to the passenger door, rear door, dent to roof, scrapes on passenger side, front bumper and scratched back bumper. Sounds like Enterprise is hustling to get someone to pay for a new paint job. I am a middle-aged woman who would never damage a car on every side (how do you do that in a few hours?) and not report at least one of the accidents. I have to assume if the front side back and roof are damaged there were several incidents. And Enterprise notices nearly a month later? STAY AWAY from this place!
