Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented vehicles from this location for several years. It is relatively easy to make reservations on line, and to modify them when needed. I have never had any difficulty with the staff during pick up and returns. I have rented from compact to standard size vehicles. I can only remember having difficulty with one vehicle involving the ignition switch. I returned the vehicle and it was replaced immediately. I will continue to return to this location for my vehicle rentals since I make quite a few out-of-town trips each year. more

We rented a van for one day. Upon returning it, the sales rep noted there was a flaw on the bumper to my husband. It was so slight, it could have been overlooked by us initially. When the rep filed the report, he called it a dent. When I read the report, I told him to go back in the data base and describe it more accurately. He said he could not do that, but he wrote in on the paperwork a more accurate description. A ding/blemish that is almost naked to the eye is costing us $675.00 It is about half the size of my pinky finger nail and barely indented. We feel violated and ripped off as the price they are claiming does not reflect the damage and we are not even sure we are responsible for as it is so incredibly slight we could have overlooked it initially. The vehicle had other damage that had not been repaired. I recommend using another car rental agency as this one clearly has shady dealings. They do business with SouthWay Ford Collision Center. I question their work ethic as well. more

I was very pleased with the service I got at enterprise. The staff was so very helpful and cheerful every time I was there, they always seemed to enjoy their jobs. They made sure I was happy with the car and even called me later to make sure there were no problems with the car. On my second visit they gave me an upgrade for the same price as the smaller car. I will always let everyone know what a wonderful job they do and send them as much business as I can. :) PROS: wonderful staff, great cars, super service CONS: none more
