I visited FL for vacation with my children and needed to rent a car from Port St. Lucie to Jacksonville. The two staff members that assisted me through my debt card issue and the actual rental were great. There was no attitude or frustration shown while going through my process. It took two days of back and forth with my bank before I could rent the car. They were understanding The new staff in training who received the car when I returned it was helpful- I had 2 children, a car seat, picnic cooler, a suitcase, trash and needed to wait for my friend to pick us up. I rate the staff there with A+ . Great customer service. more
