I have become a frequent renter within the last year and I must say,being in the hospitality business for over 20 years,the staff at ENTERPRISE POCONO SUMMITis superb. Although Anthony may be my favorite, the rest of the staff is kind, courteous too. Anthony is very knowledgeable of his job and his eye contact and attention to detail is impeccable. Service With A Smile 11/17/2005

On several occasions my car has ended up in the body shop, without notice. Each time Enterprise was called and they not only had a car for me but they picked me up and worked with my insurance company. No out of pocket expenses or inconveniences. PROS: will arrange to pick you up CONS: sometimes they are out of the size car needed more
