I have rented from them several times within the last few years and they have always picked me up on time and without issue. I often drop the car off after hours and they always call to ensure everything went well.\r \r The staff is very nice and pleasant. more

The claim that ""We'll pick you up is false"". I called on 3 different occassions and had to find my own way up to the rental facility. Then I was overcharged because they had a drop box for the keys because they are closed on Sunday and stated that I didn't drop the car when I did and charged me an extra day. Never again will I rent from Enterprise! more
