I've been renting from the Kenosha location of Enterprise for more than 20 years, and am especially appreciative of the weekend specials that provide a wide variety of vehicles at reasonable rates. If I didn't respect their customer service, I wouldn't have been a customer for more than two decades. I've interacted with scores of Enterprise employees over the years, most of whom are outstanding individuals.\r
During a winter storm in 2000, I happened to get a vehicle that Consumer Reports at the time called the worst car ever made. The wipers didn't work well and the windshield insulation strip started to fall out. The Kenosha Enteprise manager apologized and gave me a free weekend special the following weekend. Enterprise also discontinued use of that car throughout its Wisconsin locations.\r
I appreciate the ability of Enterprise workers to handle multiple customers during rush periods without losing their composure. It takes special individuals to do that.
