This is the absolute best pet care we have ever had. Both Dr. Shimanek and Dr. Reid are very excellent vets. Our pets are alive today because of these two vets. Their staff is friendly and effecient and we have never had a bad experience there in the more than 10 years we have used this animal clinic. I wish our own hospitals and doctors were as good and as caring as these vets are. more

I found the front desk staff to be very friendly. The medical service to my dog is top rate. My dog has been going there for some time and has even had surgery there at one time. I would take my dog back for treatment. The only one negative thing is that I get sick of my doctor harping on my dogs weight. She is fat. She was fat when I got her. She is a happy dog. I've tried putting her on diets but I feel awful when she cries because I am trying to trim her up. So what, my dog is fat. I love her and she is adorable. She gets walked daily, taken to the groomer when needed, given her shots regularly, she is taken to almost every place that I go, she has a basket full of toys, I restrict people food from her so that she will not get an up set stomach, I give her eye drops everyday because she has dry eyes and always has had dry eyes. I put lotion on her stomach when she starts to scratch. I put itch cream on her anal when it itches, she has her own pillows and her own blankets. etc. etc. etc. My dog is fat. After all of these years can you please just realize that she is fat and as a pet owner am not perfect. Please choose to save the lectures from the comming years. I have a smile on my face but I am tooning you out as your yearly lectures continue. Other than her being fat she is treated like royalty. Medical service is top rate and nothing else bad to say about the place. more

The vets here are wonderfully thorough, caring and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean. The hubby claims to have had some questionable customer service by the front desk but I cannot confirm because I have always been treated well. I have called after hours on two occasions and received prompt call-backs by a real vet who was patient and caring. I use their boarding service also and I feel confident leaving my baby because every time we go in her tail is wagging (which says A LOT since she is a nervous Nelly).\r I would and do recommend often:) more

The BEST vets in town! They are experienced, caring, and very competent. The facilities are clean and all of the staff are friendly . When we get new military personnel with pets in town, I always recommend EPH hands down. The front desk staff are always professional and I am sure that if there was a bad experience by the previous poster's husband, it probably was a misunderstanding. I have actually personally watched the gals at the front desk deal with some of the rudest and disrespectful customers and they always dealt with such a customer with professionalism and a smile. more

I cannot say enough good things about Enid Pet Hospital. When we first got our new puppy we took him there to have him checked out. We recevied extremely professional service. Dr. Reid was extremely kind and knowledgeable. We decided to try out the on-base vet because of the convenient location, but due to their infrequent schedule we will be sticking with Enid Pet Hospital. Our puppy had an allergic reaction to a vaccination one evening and Dr. Reid took our call after hours and gave us instructions how to help our puppy. Then, the next morning he followed up to see how our puppy was doing. I am so grateful for the kindness we have been shown by Enid Pet Hospital. more

By far the best place to care for your pet. I know because I used to work here. They are the only veterinarians that I fully trust with my babies. They are very knowledgeable and up-to-date on any advanced techniques and care whether it's critical or routine. This place is very clean and they make sure pets get out of their kennel or run often and always keeps their kennels clean as well. I miss this place very much because I've moved to Edmond. (sighs) Oh well, I'll be searching for the next best veterinarian!!! Cheers! more

Wonderful caring and professional staff - from the receptionists to the doctors. Hands down best clinic. They even called me a week after my dog was released from the clinic just to check in and make sure she was still doing well. more

I did tell my best friend about this place when she got her new French Bulldog puppy. She is now a believer in this facility. They have been the best vet and took great care of my two Corgi's for 14 years. I would not trust any other vet with my new Corgi puppy. Thank you to all the doctors involved in this Pet Hospital. more

I would say that Enid Pet Hospital is the best vet in Enid! Their staff and Doctors are caring, understanding and thorough! Ive taken many animals to them in the past and to this day, I still recommend them to new customers. I have seen other vets in town, but EPH is the best! Thank you for everything you do! more

Dr when its not sleepy time! 8/1/2011

I CANNOT BELIEVE how I was treated. My dog is sick . Will not move. And the when I called he said to me ""I cant do anything at 2am in the morning"" What exactly is the point of having a Pet Hospital if you cannot help me at 2am in the morning? This is the WORST vet POSSIBLE. So your dog can get sick but only at NORMAL fricking business hours. Go back to sleep Doc. Thats obviously more important. more

If you are looking for a number one place for your pet to receive the medical care he or she deserves, then this is the place to go. My parents used this veterinarian service for many years and since I moved to the area, I have taken my pet Yorkie there for all her preventative care, plus spaying. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you have. They also carry a good line of quality dog food. more
