I have to say he is the best mechanic I have ever seen. He knows his stuff. He has worked on all my cars. 90 Nissan maxima, 97 Hyundai accent, 96 Volvo 850, 03 Nissan maxima. One thing about this business is it is so hard to find someone you can trust and have them do great work. Engel transmission is all of these things and more. Unbeatable service at a reasonable price. 2/22/2008

I am the 8 year owner of an Electrical contracting company. I bring all my vans and personal vehicles to Engel transmission. I have never delt with a more knowledgable specialist. Its comforting to know my vehicles are done right the fist time. Having work vehicles down for any period time is tough on business. I especially appreciate the extra effert to get my vehicles back quickly and done right the first time. more

Great mechanic 2/21/2008

Engel Transmission has repaired a stuck manual gearbox on my 1986 Volkswagen Cabriolet 16v and rebuilt the manual gearbox on my 1986 Volkswagen GTi. Both have performed flawlessly for two years. Turn-around has been quick and prices fair. He also has knowledge on and tools for troubleshooting late-model Volkswagens as in the case of reading and clearing the MIL errors on my 2000 and 2001 Golf TDi and Jetta 1.8T. Pros: Resonable prices and turnaround, stands by his work Cons: non so far more

Awesome service! 2/20/2008

Engel transmission was awesome. Took my work van there for service on the tranny. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done the right way. I've been to the quick lube locations for tranny service, but they only did half the job for alot more money. Engel Transmission made sure that all the needed components were changed / serviced / cleaned etc. When I left the garrage my vans tranny operated like new. I'll be taking all my vehicles there from now on. Pros: Superior know how! more

Eric can find the problem like a bird dog in a short field of stinking birds. No kidding, this guy knows his business. You can?t go wrong, price, knowledge, and speedy service. Go somewhere else and you?ll pay for it! Pros: No frills just good results. Cons: No coffee more
