Encinal Apartments

I would say this is the LAST place someone would want to live. Whenever you put in a work order for maintenance it doesn't get taken care of till weeks later! Its filled with roaches! The people that lived in the apartment before me, they didn't even clean out their trash it was all put behind my cabinets. The management there is very POOR to! Never did I get a mail box ley. The water is turned off a few times during the month for hours and there isn't even a notice given saying the water will be off! I recommend you look else where other than these apartments more

id recommend people look elsewhere . i been here six months and it took them almost a month to get a mailbox key. i wuz out of a fridge for three days and i just had bought food the hot water wuz off almost a month they have poor maintence who can not fix anything they put a toliet handle on for me twice and not even four days it breaks off and they wanna charge me to fix it so i ended up fixing it myself and it havent broke since. roaches are bad suppose to have central air and heat thats wut tha apartment is set up for but yet i have a window unit. ask for a new fire extiguisher and still i dont have it. more

I currently reside in these apartments and I cant wait for my lease to be up. \r This place is horrible. I live in the courtyard and it is awful...there is broken glass all over the so called park. ALL OVER ...you can not let your children play outside. This place is also filled with crawling insects.if you know what I mean..no matter what you do or how clean your apartment is they dont go away and management does not care. They might even tell you ...""what do you want me to do about it"".Nothing gets fixed.I was promised when i signed my lease that i would be moved to another unit as soon as the make ready was finished and that never happened.Ive only lived in this community for about 5 months and i think ive seen as many as three new ""Managers""\r I do not like living here and I would advise you to take a good look around before living at The Encinal Apartments. more
