I called to ask for pricing. A lady said there would be $19 service fee and $15-$39 price for the lock. She failed to mention a labor fee. When the service guy came, it cost $35-$...

Great locksmith in Cornelius 8/8/2013

The answered the call, scheduled on 1st call. The came out very close to time. They didn't require a long window. Very friendly. Most important, they Fixed my lock. Great locksmith job done. more

Beware of price 1/22/2013

I called to ask for pricing. A lady said there would be $19 service fee and $15-$39 price for the lock. She failed to mention a labor fee. When the service guy came, it cost $35-$50 a lock, the service fee was $20 and there was a labor fee $12 per lock. I had called another company that I've used before but used Empire because it was closer. Next time I will use E and S in Charlotte because they don't have labor fees, are reasonably priced and give Realtor discounts. I'm sure I overpaid. more

Friendly and affordable locksmith 7/8/2011

My mom has poor sight, and had trouble researching what locks would be best for her house.The locksmith took a lot of time to go through each lock and explain his best options and then installed them quickly and professionally. more
