My last visit to Emmas to order a baby gift, was great. The staff there were very helpful and I purchased a lovely white basket filled with baby goodies. I also use them for a lot of my clients occasions, when I want to send flowers, I always call Emmas. They are professional, caring and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your needs for flowers and gifts. Theirs gift shop is filled with goodies also. more

Will never use Emma's again - combines inability to deliver on promises with possibly the worst (and unapologetic) customer service I have encountered in a long time. Ordered two sets of flowers to be delivered to my wife's office for our anniversary. Was very, very specific that one order was to arrive in the morning, and the second to arrive later in the day - Emma's staff assured me that this would happen. Well, it didn't - both orders arrived at exactly the same time. Called Emma's to find out what went wrong and to let them make it right and their "suggestion" for fixing the situation was to take one order of flowers back from my wife (that she had already received) and then re-deliver them again later in the day!!!!! This was their attempt to make the situation right - to take back flowers they had already delivered and re-deliver them - I had to ask the customer service person to repeat themselves because at first I thought she was just joking. I've received flowers from Emma's for over 20 years. I have to say that I've ALWAYS appreciated the thought from the sender, but NEVER have found the flowers to be great. They are competing with supermarket pre-made bouquets, with lots of colored carnations. If that is your thing, you will really enjoy this florist. If you like more innovation, go somewhere else. more

I placed an order on Thurs. eve to be delivered Sat. afternoon.\r On Sat. morning they left message that they did not have the flowers and since I had already left for the funeral they decided not to fill the order since I had not checked a box for substitution. They did not try to reach me by email or the funeral home. They did not return telephone messages to the funeral home asking about the flowers. Finally, I did speak with the owner who said that rather than risk having an irate customer who had not checked substitutions and might not pay for the flowers she chose not to fill the funeral order that was so very important to me. Find another florist who cares. more

My husband has sent me flowers from Emma's after the birth of our child and for my birthdays. Each time the flowers have been fresh and the designs breathtaking. People always comment on what beautiful flowers I've gotten. more

Emma's is probably one of the best, if not THE best florist in Nashville, Tn. They are located in close proximity to all the main hospitals in the downtown Nashville area. They do an outstanding job whether it be flowers or fruit baskets. You cannot go wrong with Emma's. You will not be disappointed. They've been in business for many years, and this is the reason whyy. more

When I was dating my husband, he sent me flowers from Emma's. The bouquets were always breathtaking. The arrangement I received on Valentine's Day even stood out from the ones received by all the other girls' in my office. I have used Emma's ever since. They are always professional, their prices are very comparable, and they are always able to give their arrangements that special something. For instance, I recently sent a plant to a funeral of a friend's mother. My friend advised me how the plant made such an impression because there was a ceramic angel tucked under the branches that made it so much more special. I really feel like you can't go wrong with Emma's and plan to remain a repeat customer. more

This is a wonderful place to order your flower arrangements from. They do a beautiful job on their arrangements and they deliver several times a day. They will deliver the same day you order and your arrangement will get so many compliments. I highly thier new baby arrangements and they are very close to the local hospitals. more

Flowers were wilted & nothing like it was supposed to be. Tried to work it out with several people. Delivery was late & service very poor but was assured that everything would be great. Very disappointed because though their reputation was a great one in Nashville. When asked what would make me happy, they went with alternative choice. This obviously left me even more incensed but realized that there was no point. The event was ruined and their words meant naught, since they did not deliver on any count. Unless you're planning on being on top of them on all counts and still expect to "take a chance", I would not recommend going to this florist. They are a rip off and their work is less than mediocre.
