I run a leasing agency so I have to deal with locksmiths on a weekly basis especially in April since May is our big move-in month. Most locksmiths I only hire once because of the poor job they do or how unreliable they are. I think though I have finally found a reliable one though. The techs were on time to all of our appointments, were pleasant to work with and in the end, I was given an honest rate.? more

There was an situation where I was locked out of my apt. I called this locksmith service. They responded with great customer service. Even though I was going crazy they handled the situation with professional conduct and put me at ease! I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends!! Thank you!? more

Fantastic service 6/5/2013

Good Response. I was locked out of my house and one of my friends called them for help. Within 17 minutes these guys started working on my door lock and after 10 minutes they open my door and I got home safe!!!? more

I wish there were locksmiths as good as this one. I got locked out of my car while I was on my way to a convention and they sent someone right out to help me. He was very fast about opening my doors safely and didn't overcharge me either. more

Cant say enough good things about this guy. with a moments notice he came out at what would have normally been off hours [9 pm] and didnt charge skyrocketed rates. He fixed what the previous locksmith had screwed up and was even able to re-key the new doorknob to my current keys. All this at a totally reasonable price; less than half of what i paid to the other to have them destroy my door-handle.? more

Fantastic service 1/28/2013

I was house-sitting and locked myself out by mistake at 1AM in the morning. Not a good situation. I called 411 from my cellphone and got them. The tech came over within 15 minutes of calling and got me back into the house. Fast 24 hr service. Amazing.? more
