Emerald Springs Spa

I have used Emerald Spring Spa twice now and even though it's a little drive for me, it is absolutely worth it! The staff is very professional and good at what they do. The attention to detail is not unnoticed- from the luxurious robes to use while getting your services done, to the cucumber water and Keurig coffee always available in the relaxation room and the lunches are delicious! Highly recommend them for any type of spa service! more

Emerald Springs Spa is always excellent. I started going to them three years ago and I go every month if I can, though sometimes I can't because of finances. They are actually like family to me now. I get the same person for the massage, and the same person for the facial. Cindy is awesome, and so is Samantha at the front desk. They're just great! more

I have never been to a spa before, so I did a lot of research before contacting Emerald Springs. I wanted to bring a friend and treat her for an early Christmas gift. Since neither one of of us have been to a spa before, we didn't know what to expect. The staff were unbelievable. The spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and clean. The rooms were the perfect setting to truly relax and let go of outside worries. My friend and I got massages and facials. The massage was perfect...within minutes my mind was clear and I was beyond relaxed, I was in heaven! And the facial was amazing as well. I have received several compliments on how my face is now glowing. It was an amazing day and one I plan to repeat as soon as possible! I never once felt like I was in a spa that only caters to the wealthy. They treated me (and my friend) so well and made me feel like a queen for the day. What a treat to give yourself or someone else...definitely the kind of treatment you can expect to count on with every visit. more

I've always been nervous about going to get a massage; why wouldn't you be? Getting naked in a room for a stranger to touch you should make any normal person a little nervous. The staff at Emerald Springs put you at ease and explain the process to you before your service as well as during the service. They're very friendly and the service was awesome; they make it easy to want come back. Which is why I have come back again; and I plan to go again and again. The best spa I have been to in Lancaster. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere warm and inviting and the services will refresh your body and soul. They provide an excellent pedicure in a wonderful massage chair; facials and massages are rejuvenating. The relaxation room is a peaceful way to start and end your services. I have been on medical skin care for years but never achieved the results that I have seen from the acne facial along with the acne skin care line offered by Emerald Springs. I bought the entire line recommended by my esthetician and have seen a huge difference in my skin. The facial was the most amazing experience and along with the results, I was blown away. I go to Emerald Springs Spa routinely. Their facials are awesome and I have had some great massages as well. I started going to them because they were in the New Richmond Square area and close to where I live. After I started going there, the woman who did my facials at the previous spa I went to, ended up coming to Emerald Springs Spa, which was perfect. Their technicians and products are very good. If you are looking for a good deep-tissue massage, I recommend Emerald Springs Spa. They deliver what they say they will and they have great massage therapists. I initially started going there because they were close by. I ended up having a very good experience with a couple of the therapists who do deep-tissue massage, so I have continued using them. The environment is very comfortable, the facility is nice and clean, and the staff is pleasant. I send a lot of people to Emerald Springs Spa. more
