I have stayed at this hotel 6 different times for almost one week each visit. Each time I was entitled to a room at a corporate rate of about $159/night. For the last trip, I booked online and bought an advance- purchase discounted rate. I assumed the rate would be about the same as my preferred rate. Wow, was I wrong! the rate was $200 higher. Upon discovering this, I called the hotel manager, Julie Cashin, and she refused to do anything about it. No credit, no free night, no complimentary bottle of wine, nothing. I was extremely surprised especially because I am a Hilton Honors member and until now, only stayed at Hilton hotels as did the rest of my group (about 20 of us). Not anymore. If this is how they treat a loyal customer, I can't imagine how they'd treat you. Stay anywhere, except Embassy Suites, Tysons Corner. Upon hearing this, the rest of my group stayed at the nearby Ritz and although slightly more expensive, said it was worth every penny.
