If your idea of Chinese food is sweet and sour pork and egg foo yung, come on down to Eliza's. They disguise their dishes as haute cuisine, but when it comes down to it, they're serving standard fare, sweetened for an American palate. If you want well-made American-style Chinese, go to House of Nanking. If you want true Chinese, go to Ton Kiang or Hong Kong Flower Lounge (in Millbrae). This place is as bad as Shanghai 1930.
Pros: Fancy, Upscale
Cons: Unoriginal, Overpriced, Uninteresting
