It may not have been the absolute best cut/style I've ever gotten, but the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The stylist offered to touch up my cut free of charge if I wasn't satisfied. Do note, however, that they are not always available during their stated business hours (last time I called for an appointment, I was told they were leaving at a little after 4pm, although their hours say they're open until 6pm).
