I have called them about permanent eyebrow consultation. The woman, Susan, told me she doesn't do them in person only thru the phone which I find rather strange. Then she proceeded to educate me that I should KNOW how to do my own eyebrow make-up before I go to a professional, etc. It's like telling someone they should know how to color their own hair properly before you go to a hair dresser. Unreal! That is why I called to schedule for a consultation first in PERSON is to see her work, but she literally just told me that by the sound of my voice she can already see that I would be wasting her time. WOW! What a way to run a business. I will let everyone know not to bother with this place. They are just wasting time with them with such a poor customer service! If I could, I would give it a -5.
Cons: Nasty attitude, poor way to run a business!
