My Daughter took segment 1 wirh another driving School, the instructors yelled at her while she was driving - she took segment 2 with Elite Driving school and said the instructors we much more thorough and we also did some private driving instruction to brush up on her skills for her Driving test and she said the instructors were very detailed and Informative. We will be using this School for our son Also. :-) more

I had a very good experience at Elite Driving School. The instructor made sure everyone knew the material. He even went over the material from the day before as a review to make sure everyone got it. It wasn’t boring either. He made sure everyone was up to par. He was very patient and very nice. Overall he could be a school teacher or a college professor because he just wasn’t reading the material he really knew about the material and gave us several examples and scenarios for all of the units. This class was fun and it would definitely recommend all of my friends to go to Elite.\r more

This school is indeed ""Elite."" If you're a AAA member, you get a discount. OH!!! And this school is bi-lingual. They have a whole Spanish speaking division. I highly recommend this driving school above the rest! more

I contacted Elite Driving School while going through the process of finding a driving school for my daughter. I was provided with class schedules, costs and a lot of valuable information that helped me in my search, including an invitation to tour the school. I enrolled my daughter and she enjoyed her instructors, both classroom and driving. The attention that she was given certainly helped her to become a good driver --- she even passed her test on the first try! I would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent driving school to go to Elite. more

Its so Unfortunate that I didn't adhere to the online reviews I read about this driving school. I registered for a drivers Ed Class and I realized I wasn't going to be able to make it. I called and was told I could come in to reschedule. On the day I wanted to go, I called and I was told I couldn't reschedule and that my $100 deposit was non-refundable. LOL for a service I didn't receive. So lucky I didn't pay the complete $395 else I'll be at a $400 loss. Meanwhile, im still waiting for them to respond to my complaint before I know what next to do. Also note that nowhere on their site does it state this sudden $100 non refundable fee. more

Terrible driving school!!!! the instructor was just terrible.....do not sign up for your behind the wheel practice in this school! more

I really appreciate the Elite instructor who took me to the MVA for the test. She was very good throughout and gave me instructions which were very helpful to better my driving and also perform better in the driving test.\r \r It was a wonderful experience! more

Drivers Ed was a very beneficial course and the teacher was a wonderful instructor. He had great insightful tips and interesting stories that enhanced the drivers education experience. I hope he continues to teach. Great Job! more

I took my classes at Elite ONLY because they taught my brother. The Instructors are creepy. He kept looking at me as if he was on the Child registry and the Office Mgr needs to take customer service classes. She is loud and very rude. Find another school that has a friendly staff of people. more

My son had a great experience at Elite Driving School. This being my second son through this process, I was very concerned that he was enrolled in a program that really taught the students about safe driving. I hit the jackpot with Elite. The instructor was very thorough and also engaging with the students in the class. My son even commented that he really felt the instructor cared about him and he learned allot about safe driving. I would highly recommend this Driving School to others. Great learning experience for teens and adults!! more

I went to the office of the Elite driving school in Owings Mills to make an apptmt for a private driving lesson. I had an expired out-of-country license along with an MVA paper. The MVA told me I could take driving lessons with these documents. I was skeptical, b/c I have been told that the MVA often makes errors. And something seemed off to me. Thus, I went to the Elite office in person and showed my documentation to the representative at the front desk. I trusted that they are experts and asked if I could take lessons with the documents I had. The answer was yes without hesitation. They had no problem taking my $120 and promptly signed me up for a class. When the driver got to my house, he said my paperwork was not in order. He was very nice and professional. I had no problems with him. He said that the MVA sometimes will do or tell you anything to get you out of there. I went directly to the MVA, and they fixed the paperwork. When I tried to reschedule the apptmt, I was told I had to pay a $30 cancellation fee, b/c my paperwork was not in order, and the driver still has to be paid. I completely agree the driver has to be paid, but not from my pocket. The office should never have told me I could take lessons w/ the documentation I had. They should have seen, as the driver did, that the documentation was not in order and should have had me get the correct one before taking my money and scheduling me a lesson. I asked to speak to the manager (Ms. Ferguson?) several times on 2 different days, and she refused to come to the phone. (I have never encountered such a thing in any business.) I told the woman with whom I was speaking to relay to the manager that she is unprofessional for not speaking to a client (no one needs to imagine the trickle-down effect here), that she needs to train her office staff to recognize proper documentation, that I am only taking this lesson b/c the money is non-refundable, and that I will be taking my future business elsewhere. I also said that I will look into small claims court as a matter of principle. If her rep tells me one thing, it ought to be honored and she ought to speak with me. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Try not to run into a problem, b/c the manager will refuse to speak with you. more

Elite Driving Schools has the nicest most professional instructors both in the classroom and behind the wheel. They are willing to help students who need extra attention in the classroom and behind the wheel they make even the most nervous student comfortable. more

Elite Driving school is best for classroom traiinng, But not for behind the wheel training.\r It is worst training program. The Instructors which I got was shouting on whole training program. I would say never join the elite driving school.The Instructors is the\r worst. more
