As an individual who has been involved with fitness and weight training for a large portion of my life, I have always believed that I had a good handle on how to correctly train in the gym in order to better myself physically. Boy was I wrong... Not only was my form incorrect, but there were many moves that I was executing that were not helping to better my areas of weakness, but rather only continue to play off of my natural areas of strength. For some, this would seem great, but as a person trying to better myself in the gym as a whole and with my training, I wanted to perform exercises correctly, with the proper form, and I wanted to get stronger in areas that I was weak... not ignore them. Tim helped me with this and much more, and showed me what I was truly capable of in the gym. Not only have I lost weight through the help of his training and diet suggestions, but I have gained strength and tone in my body in places I never believed I could have. I feel stronger, more confident, and more capable of handling myself in the gym and Tim has showed me, through support in and out of the gym, that I am capable of anything I put my mind to. Tim is not only a trainer, but he is a support system... and that is something that not many trainers at ""commercial gyms"" can say they offer. He will do anything he can to make sure that the people he works with are treated like family and everything he does in genuine... which is what makes it so great. If you are looking for a personal experience with someone who is going to look out for YOU and YOUR GOALS, not just a cookie-cutter plan that is given to everyone, Tim is the guy for you. He wants you to succeed and will do whatever he can to prove to you that YOU CAN DO IT! You will not be disappointed.
