Great Store if youre looking for the best parts...a little over priced yet they have a wide selection. Customer service sucks though-i dont know how many times ive been to the store but the employees are very unfriendly and give off bad vibes. I suggest going to a different store. more

Was not impressed when entering inside the store. 4/29/2010

I walked into this store today and got a quote on bike repair and the person working inside the shop gave me some bad vibes when going in there. The way he talked to me sounded like he thought I was going in there to waste his time and I was not serious. I may look young, but I am not ""some kid "" (I am 30) who wants to waste his time. I was going to pay for the best parts there was out there to repair my bike but think I will take my business to someone who really can appreciate my time and business. Be careful. Pros: ? Cons: Unfriendly vibes more
