Elite Auto Collision do it right! 3/7/2011

Under the circumstances, Elite Auto Collision made the process of repairing my car a satisfying one. It was a little on the pricey side, but I had checked out other shops and Elite's prices were very competitive and it was going to be a high-end repair job so I wanted the best. I went with them because AJ and Simi were very helpful and explained everything about the process. I received excellent customer service while I was there and never felt like communication was lacking. I highly recommend these guys, even though it hurt my wallet. They definitely know what they're doing. more

Replaced front bumper cover. Looks great, no more road rash! They did what they said, had it ready as promised and at a very fair price! more

Like New .. Couldn't be better ... 2/17/2011

No job is too small. I had a small area of damage which most shops did not want (so the other shops quoted high). Elite took my work, gave me a very competitive price and restored the car as good. I have to say that is as good as it gets. I would definitely choose Elite for any needs I have in the future. more

Everyone at Elite Auto Collision La Mesa is great. They are very professional and honest. I completely trust them with my car. I especially love how they provide the online progress; I can actually watch my car going through the process of being fixed. I have never had any issues with my car once I get it back. They really go extra mile. I highly recommend them. more

The repair experience was well above average 1/20/2011

everything went according to plan after the insurance authorization. The only issue was the Xmas and New Years hoilday schedule delayed the completition of the work. more

The easiest process I've ever had to go through for body work even with my insurance covering the majority of the cost. I had used my car dealer the last time I needed work done on my car and they did not compare to the quality and great customer service of Elite. Thanks to the entire Elite team! more

Great work with attention to detail. Great communication. 1/5/2011

I was referred to Elite by my insurance company. I chose this because my last body shop had my car for three months! The staff were very friendly and showed geniune concern when I made specific requests (i.e. Length of time, quality) as well as responding to those request. The car came out beautifully and well repaired. They understood that I was "picky" and I wanted the body lines perfect. They made his happen satisfactorily, with quality and urgency. I do not know how they handle the custom paint spectrum, but they rose an interest since I have a few classic cars that need some work. As far as the insurance work went, I have to say that it couldntve been any smoother! more

Did an absolutely amazing job. Paint is an exact match and looks flawless! Entire car came back cleaner than it was brought in. I'm very impressed. Adrian is top notch. Getting the picture messages throughout the process was very cool too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

Elite Auto took care of my car! 11/16/2010

I had to take my car in for tail light damage, bumper damage and scratches. I got my car back when they said I would, they drove me to get my rental car and they did excellent repair work. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! more

It was a frustrating experience. 11/12/2010

I didn't get very many updates and even when told by Adrian that I would get a call back the same day, didn't hear from anyone. I had to call for updates myself several times. I realize a lot of the wait was for other services to work at my car, but I wish something would have been done to speed it up. RESPONSE FROM Elite Custom Auto: Thanks for the 3 stars! Your frustration is understandable. Your insurance co. took over a week to give us the go ahead, and some of the parts for your 15 yr. old car were difficult to source. I apologize for any perceived lack of communication. That's never OK-even when you're busy trying to get the job done! So thanks for the 3 stars you did give us-and thanks for taking the time to let us know how we're doing. more

This is the type of place that I would expect from a service company, and yet, sadly, is very hard to find. The people working there are nice people that care about their business and customers. The work is outstanding, and the price is reasonable! more

Elite Auto Collision did everything well. They fixed the hood and the front end. It was my first time using them. It was really great service, and the car turned out just like brand new. more
