Greatest service I ever had 12/9/2011

Service and quality of product are second to none. recommend them to anyone. I was really impressed by the fact that the service technician accidently backed into my mail box and the owner himself came and put in a new mail box for me. Now that is service. They handled the situation with the utmost proffessionalism. First class orginization. more

Building Atrium System 12/9/2011

Very pleased with the system designed and implemented by Jim Roy and Electronics Professionals, LLC. Performed implementation on a weekend to minimize disruption to our normal work week. We used the sound system this past weekend for our employee's children's Visit with Santa Christmas Event. The music throughout the atrium was a classy addition to this annual event. Count us among the satisfied Electronics Professionals customers. more

EP is the best in S. Louisiana! 12/9/2011

James and the EP team are wonderful to work with. You would be hard-pressed to find an individual who knows more about electronics than Jamesand the EP team. EP's staff are courteous, dedicated to their customer's needs, family-oriented, and 100 reliable. James has done work at both my home and office installing automated systems, video surveillance (which I can monitor from my iPhone and iPad - SUPER COOL!), and my dream home theater. EP's service after installation is wonderful too. I receive calls every few months from James to ensure my systems are running perfectly. Try to find that kind of service anywhere else in S. Louisiana (I have tried)! I am taking my home and business into the new millennium thanks to EP! A++++++++++ -John R. more

Great Service and Excellent Products 12/9/2011

James and his crew were able to pull of the near impossible in my home. He was able to run wires and into hard to reach places to give my whole house audio system full coverage. He was extremely knowledgeable about the latest technologies and was able to save me thousands from obsolete technology. more

Made everything real clear. 12/8/2011

I own my own business, but I'm not real educated when it comes to electronics. Electronics Professionals made it clear what I needed to do. They offered suggestions that allowed me to put together my own package, which made me more comfortable. Overall, it was a pretty smooth transition, and I haven't had any problems. more

Electronics Professionals, LLC is state of the art! When we have a problem, they call us right back and takes care of it right away. Electronics Professionals is very customer-friendly.
