I had my cv shafts replaced there and a few weeks later had some problems with my front end. They figured out that a part they installed was bad and they worked their butts off to makesure I didn't have this issue again. Replacing the part 3 times. I'm not sure if the parts company or elders paid for the toe truck but I had no costs associated with the repair. I'm extremely pleased with their service. There is a reason for their great reviews. A very great company. more

Friendly, courteous and honest service 11/1/2013

I called up for servicing my Acura MDX and they accommodated me that same day. The owners Debra and Robert came and spoke to me when I went to pick up my car and it felt like I've known them for years. Great family owned business with friendly and courteous staff. more

I feel that I can trust them. My truck has 120k miles and is 14 years old. I havent done much to it in the past five years. Elders got me caught up. It represented a substantial opportunity for building up charges that I really did not need. I feel they did what had to be done and were reasonable in their charges. more
