Best Deal in NY 8/18/2005

The Malecon chicken, cafe con leche, fried sweet plantains, and rice and beans couldn't be better, and the price couldn't be lower. Although it's nothing to look at inside, and the service can be rushed, for take out you can't do better. This is the best deal in NY--fast, cheap, and always delicious. more
