We bought a Fusion in 2010 that was totaled during this past December's storms. That first go around with El Cajon Ford was the best car shopping experience we've ever had, because all three of the above named employees were exceptional in every way. Right from the beginning, Mike, the salesman, made us feel like we were friends, and it was clear that he is the kind of guy who could be everyone's best friend; then, settling on a deal with Rob, the sales manager, was actually fun. The mood was very light and, at times, playful. Finally, Meghan, in finance, was professional and really knew her job. We replaced the 2010. We never gave thought to going to a different dealership. This time, Mike and Rob were very personal in their empathy and couldn't do enough to help us thru the process of our 2010 being totaled and getting us into another car as quickly and affordably as possible. Meghan remembered us from last April, which impressed us, and, again was absolutely great to deal with. We think El Cajon Ford's staff is exceptional, and we plan to return there for any and all of our Ford needs.
