After walking through a unit, I applied for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath online. I was called less then 10 minutes after they received my credit card payment, that the upgraded unit I wanted would be unavailable because it was under legal disputes. They would have know this before taking my money but never said anything. So they offered me a different unit that had no upgrades and was outdated for the same price. I was not happy and told preferred to rent somewhere else if the upgraded unit would not be available. They said they would call me the next day if the upgraded unit was available. When it magically became available, I decided on that unit. After my roommate dropped out of the picture, I asked to be placed in a 1 bedroom, since I already paid the application fee. I was quoted a price in the 700's but when they knew I didn't have any other options the price became $890 for a 1 bedroom with no views or upgrades. I told them what I was willing to pay for a one bedroom and asked if there were other sister properties available under $800. They told me I was out of luck and I asked to be credited for my application fee. Chris the assistant manager said he could and it would only take a few days since they never even ran my credit (which I learned after pulling my credit score a week later). He told me this twice on the phone. One week later, I checked my credit card and it was not refunded. I have called 4 times leaving messages and voice mails and not one call has been returned. Once I got Jessica on the phone she told me "" I'll tell you right now we aren't crediting anything back, that if I have a problem I can try and keep calling Chris"".... Since he has been so successful at avoiding any responsibility.
Don't waste your money in applying because you will get stuck with a different unit that isn't nice like the one you were promised and you would have wasted $50.
