Recall 6/28/2018

My Ford Escape had a recall for an issue with gas tank (?). Called for an Appt., scheduled in a timely manner. Brought it into EGolf Ford of Brevard, NC, they did the work, and we picked up the car when they promised. Couldn't ask for better service, everyone was courteous. more

CMax Hybrid transmission fumble 5/2/2018

Complaints of noise and decreased mpg were ignored for a year (pre-60K warranty limit) before fluid leak found by independent station forced Service Dept to admit car had transmission problem (known issue). Fussing with Ford Motor Co ensued over three weeks before new transmission (no warranty) installed. Not impressed. more

I drove an hour and a half to complete a deal on a truck I saw on the internet. I was never once disappointed in the process. Coach was my salesman and Ricky was the finance man. Both of these gentlemen gave me a great deal with no haggling and no pressure. We shook hands like men and the deal was done. I never once felt cheated and in fact really feel like a valued customer! I would definitely drive another hour and a half to do business with Coach and Ricky. They sold me the truck of my dreams and I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity! more
