I took my truck there about a year ago, and decided to spend 2300 dollars to get it rebuilt. They wanted 3200 for a replacement, but I figured I would only have the truck 3 more y...

the work ended up taking an extra day but I was really happy that they provided a rental car for me since they weren't finished. I'll be back if I ever need any more work. more

I was amazed at the customer service provided by edwards transmi;ssions. Not only did they offer to take me to work while they looked at my car but they were able to fix it the same day and pick me up from work so I didn't have to find a ride. I have NEVER had that kind of customer service and I'll be returning to them for future repairs no quesetions asked! more

I didn't end up getting any work done when I had my car at the shop but the guys were friendly and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car to make sure I understood everything. more

These guys are honest and striaghtforward, they don't sugar coat anything and I can appreciate it that. I would rahter someone tell me that tis going to be expensive up front instead of lieing to me just to get inot my wallet. these guys made sure that what they quoted me was accurate and the timeframe they told me was righ ton as well. more

just blown away! 12/18/2012

I was blown away at how great this comapny realloy is. Not only did edwards fix my car in the time they said it would take, they actually ended up fixing it below what they estimated the costs would be. It turned out that they didn't need to buy a couple new parts inside the transmission they were able to reuse the old ones but they told me their warranty backs up everything inside the transmission so win win lol! more

the work done on my great was fantastic, they did it pretty quick and they were friendly and helpful throughout the entire repair. The only complaint I have is it was a little more than I had anticipated but I do understand they coudln't see everything that was broken until they opened up the transmission and took a look inside. Overall I would say my experience was 8/10 more

Although one of the mechanics did leave some dirt on my floor mat, as soon as I pointed it out the manager rich had my car cleaned up right away and to be honest it was cleaner than when it came in after they were done lol. The car runs great now, it was so annoying having that wheel bearing making all that noise while I was driving. more

Very impressed 12/18/2012

I was very pleased with how well the shop completed the work on my vehicle and more importantly how easily they overcame the issue with finding parts for it. I have a very unique vehicle that is hard to find parts for but they knew exactly who to call and had the parts the next day so they could install them. Very impressed. more

The work at the shop was amazing and I was very impressed that buddy went out of his way to take an extra test drive with me just to make sure that what I thought was an issue really wasn't. I know I was being paranoid but after spending money on a repair I wanted to make sure everything was good and buddy was happy to help. more

It was really nice to have a mechanic around like buddy that seems to know everything there is to konw about cars lol. He explained a lot to me on my ride home from the shop and was always available to talk to whenever I called in. Thanks again buddy you put my mind to ease with all your answers! more

took a little longer than expected but A+ work! 10/30/2012

they had to order in some special parts from the dealer so it took a few extra days to repair my vehicle but overall I have to say that they did an amazing job. I havne't had a single issue with my vehicle so far and it's running like a dream. A+ work in my book. more

Edwards on keystone is great, these guys actually waited almost an hour after they closed on saturday just so I could come pick up my car after I got off work, they understood that I HAD to hve my car on monday and rich totally shocked me by offering to stick around after he closed just so I could get it, thanks a million rich!!!!!!! more
