the shop wasnt bad and they did give me a discount but it ended up taking an extra day, it was nice of them to give me a free service for the next time I need a transmission service though. more

just wanted to say how great these guys were to me when they were fixing my envoy they realy took the extra time to exlpain everything that was wrong with the engine and why it needed the tune up that made me feel a lot better about spending the money more

the new manager greg at the greenwood store is a really friendly guy! I brought my blazer in at the last minute lol it was literally like 4:45 and even though I was late to my appointment he stayed past the time they closed to check it out and make sure it was safe to drive. more

i didnt have enough money at the time to fix my vehicle but that didnt stop the guys from looking at it and telling me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost they didnt charge me anything and were completely understanding when i told them i just couldnt fix it right now once i get my tax check im going to be bringing my car back to these guys because no one has ever treated me that nice at a repair shop!!!!!! more

I'm in college right now so the last thing I have is a ton of money and when my car stopped going I thought I was really screwed! It just got worse and worse as I found it my car would need a new transmission! Thankfully the manager at edwards told me that they had financing and he was able to get me financed since my vehicle is paid off. I'm driving my car and making a small affordable monthly payment on the repairs I needed. thanks again edwards! more

of course I didn't want to hear that my transmission has some serious issues, lets be honest no one does but I DO appreciate that the manager at edwards was honest and straight forward about what was going on with my car. Although I couldn't afford the work at that time the manager said as long as nothing else broke before I brought it back he would honor the price he quoted me. With everything they did for me (for free!) I will definitely be back once I have the money to fix my car! more

I don't really have much to say honestly, they did great work and their estimate was competitive and accurate, what more could you ask for? the guys were nice and they made sure I was satisfied with the work before I left so I'm happy and will return if I ever need more work. more

It was really nice to have a mechanic around like buddy that seems to know everything there is to konw about cars lol. He explained a lot to me on my ride home from the shop and was always available to talk to whenever I called in. Thanks again buddy you put my mind to ease with all your answers! more
