No customer Service skills at all 3/4/2011

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN BEFORE. RUDE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOLD ME I COULDNT CALL ON A SATURDAY TO CHECK AN ORDER AND THAT MY GIRLS COULD NOT PICK UP THEIR DRESSES ON SATURDAY. I EXPLAINED THAT PARENTS WORKED AND THE KIDS WERE INVOLVED IN SPORTS AND COULDNT MAKE IT DURING THE WEEK, HE SAID OH WELL AND HUNG UP ON ME. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBC more

Good Selection of Cheap Tuxs 8/5/2005

I needed to rent a Tux about 5 days before the event. I searched everywhere but no one said that they could get a tux in time. Someone at the Men’s Warehouse suggested we visit Eduardo’s because they have their stuff in the actual building. They had the style tux that I wanted and best of all it was really cheap too. more

  • The Duds
    The selection is extensive, and all gowns are carefully (if somewhat unromantically) covered in clear garment bags. The most expensive gowns are in the back and bargains can be found in front. Sizes range from 2 to 50, and brands tend toward those familiar from bridal magazines: Jessica McClintock and the like.

    The Service
    Customer service is as matter of fact as the displays. Don't expect to be a pampered princess (or prince) here, but efficiency has its own merits. Outfit the entire wedding party: tuxedos are also available for sale and rent, and the bridesmaid gowns selection is fairly extensive. Eduardo's also specializes in gowns for quinceaneras. For over 20 years the store has outfitted women for debuts, formals and weddings.
