I have had service with EDS in the past, now I remember why I cancelled it. I've had service with them again for only 2 weeks, the first week they failed to pick up my recylcing, I had to call and it was another 2 days before it was picked up. Then again this week, the trash was missed all together. I call to inquire and I am put on hold for several minutes so the employee can look at some log record. I'm told my trash will be picked up the next day, so again, my trash sits out in front of my house for days! My service was interupted about a month ago because I had asked several times for the name to be changed on the account, it was not done so I was not recieving my bills, the employee today made a rude little comment about that. For one, I do not pay this company to have to call and remind them to do their jobs each week, I also do not pay them to be treated like I'm less of a person becase THEIR company and their employees failed to process a simple request like a name change so I could actually recieve the bills to actually pay for the service they fail to provide in the first place! I would save yourself a lot of headache and go with another company, god knows there are enough out there in this city!
