Ed's TV Sales

I recently purchased a 46"" Bravia from Ed's and had it installed. The sales staff was amazing compared to anything you will get at a Best Buy. They are friendly and know the market for these TVs inside and out. They gave me a great price and the guys who installed it were fast and did a stunning job. I would definitely recommend Ed's! more

I asked these guys about a Samsung Soundbar with wireless subwoofer, which they had. It was an open box item, selling for $269. I was about to make the purchase, they could not find the remote control. I told them OK here is my number and call me, they told me it will be found within a day or two. 4 days passed, I called the store, they said no luck with remote and it was being ordered. I said ok, I called 5 days later to check on it again, they had no clue about it and they said it takes time for it to arrive, I said ok no problem. The store is on my way to home from work, I stopped by to see if any luck again after another 3 days? No, absolutely not, they didn't even pay attention or care. Apparently they didn't even order the remote for the device cause it costed too much, they were really jerky to be honest. I will never go there again. I am surprised they are in business, but it won't last long with this type of service they provide. ALSO, that system I looked at it ...? More ? Pros: None!!! Great people! They are a very knowledgeable staff. They have a full service and delivery crew that is very punctual. For years now i have been one of their customers and never any problems. VERY satisfied. Pros: Name brand quality tv's more

I don't usually write in to these reviews, however, in searching for their number in a quick moment, I found these reviews, and have to say I disagree. Although the other two may not have had a good experience, I have on many occasions had the need to buy product for both my home and my business, and on the referral of a very good friend, drove to Hatfield for Ed's. We had excellent service, communication, assistance in selecting not only our first large hi-def TV but additional ones for our business, as well as sound system for our business and on many occasions of sales, service and price, came away with only the best experience all around. One bad experience by one, or many good experiences by my husband and myself is only a small sampling of many customers that do not write in...so make your choice. My choice is to continue with Ed's. Thanks. Pros: Found very helpful and knowledgable. Able to deal with the same person each time in store. more

they are THIEVES! worst store, worst customer service. don't let them fool you with ""two yr warranty"" these TVs will last for 10 years...don't over pay these shiseters more

Told I was 3rd on list to get TV but when they came in I did not get one becase no deposit was made. Was never told I needed a deposit by my salesmen. Person's attitude was ""oh well"". Two hours later I left Circuit City with the TV. I will never go back to Ed's TV. Cons: Sales people don't care. Lack of communication. more
