Blatantly lied to me about delivering 6/8/2012

Blatantly lied to me about delivering the silverware holder, tried to charge removal fee, tried to up the price 10 dollars, then tried to charge me 10 dollars more for a 2 dollar part he could not find ! I had to tell him where to get the part. STILL NOT RECEIVED SILVERWARE HOLDER. also did not screw down the dishwasher more
